RETURNS & EXCHANGES

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number (BR-XXXXXX-XXXX) and the reason for the return. We will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are free for the first exchange — we want your fit to be right. Subject to stock availability; limited drops may sell out.

REFUNDS

Cash on delivery orders are refunded in cash or via InstaPay transfer after we receive and inspect the returned item. InstaPay orders are refunded to the same account within 3–5 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE

Items marked as final sale, and items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
