We deliver across Egypt. Delivery fees vary by city and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria are usually fastest.

We will contact you by phone to confirm your order and arrange the delivery time before shipping.

ORDER TRACKING

After your order ships, we keep you updated by phone or WhatsApp. Keep your order number (starts with BR-) for any inquiry.

FAILED DELIVERY

If we cannot reach you at the provided phone number after multiple attempts, the order may be returned. Please double-check your phone number and address at checkout.
